I live from the Internet world and the Travel sector, specializing in bridging business strategy with real technological tools: booking platforms, ERPs, revenue systems, marketing, and data analytics.
I work with a very practical mindset: understanding what the company needs, designing the solution, and grounding it in scripts, dashboards, integrations, and concrete processes. I like bridging the gap between management, business teams, and technical teams.
Outside of work, I enjoy the mountains, cycling, snow, playing the guitar, and reading books that make you think. This balance helps me simplify complex problems and view technology as a tool at the service of people.

Dashboards to understand sales, operations, costs, and profitability of agencies and projects.
NIS2, ISO 27001, and best practices in environments with critical data, travel systems, and AI platforms.
Scripts and flows that save hours: helpdesk, reports, exports, and "low friction" integrations.
Bots, home automation, and experiments that eventually inspire corporate solutions.
From theory to concrete projects
Design and implementation of an internal assistant that gathers documentation of procedures, FAQs, manuals, and reports, allowing teams to find answers quickly and reduce repetitive tickets.
Role: Use case definition, architecture, platform evaluation, integration with internal documentation, and security governance.
Creation of dashboards to monitor sales, margins, productivity, and supplier mix, both globally and for each associate agency.
Role: Data modeling, KPI definition, source integration (GDS, ERPs, CRMs), and management usage support.
Scripts that export incidents, process them, send them to spreadsheets, and feed evolution and performance dashboards.
Role: Flow design, scripting, monitoring, and team support to ensure effective use of reports.
"Side" projects combining Telegram, Home Assistant, cloud services, and personal data (cycling, energy, habits) that later inspire new ideas for the corporate world.
Role: Experimentation, rapid prototyping, and reuse of useful patterns for business solutions.
